We have recently experienced one of payroll clients contacting us devastated that her accountant had been outsourcing her work to a company in India. The company in India had filed early accounts and ceased her as Director. We advised them who they needed to contact and supported them during this time.
This is a valid lesson to check who completes your company work, is it in-house or is it outsourced? Do they work solely, but state they have a large client portfolio? If this is the case how do they manage their workload without having to outsource it?
