From 24th March 2022, COVID Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) will revert back to being paid only on the fourth day of continual sickness rather than day one.
The prime minister has made several announcements in his plan to live with COVID. The law changes in England for self-isolation from 24th February 2022.
The Statutory Sick Pay rebate scheme will close to employers on 17th March 2022 and they will have until 24th March 2022 to submit new claims, or to amend claims already submitted.
